Request for Proposals
Morrow County is seeking proposals from qualified professional planning and economics firms to provide a Statewide Planning Goal 9 and Employment Lands Assessment for the three cities located in the Willow Creek Valley, Ione, Lexington and Heppner.
Electronic copies of the RFP and attachments, if any, can be obtained from the Morrow County Website at: https://www.co.morrow.or.us/rfps.
Proposals may be rejected if not in compliance with solicitation procedures and requirements. Any or all proposals may be rejected if in the public interest to do so.
