Environmental Health
There are many things in the environment that can cause illness or injury. Morrow County Public Health contracts with Umatilla County Health Department for Environmental Health Services. This is another way Public Health works to ensure safe practices to protect the public's health. The Environmental Health Services program works to ensure the public's safety with:
Field Inspections
- Restaurants
- RV Parks
- Pools and Spas
- Schools (including Day Care Facilities)
- Organizational Camps
- Motels and Hotels
- Bed and Breakfast
Training and Education
- To correct problems identified in Field Inspections
- Help facility owners/operators/workers understand Oregon Laws/Rules
- Assist with operator or employee licensing

- If you have ten or more people, schedule a private class with EHS at 541-278-6394.
The cost for a Food Handler's Card exam is $10, only a check or money order are accepted at Morrow County Public Health.
