Records Unit
The Morrow County Sheriff's Office Records Unit provides information to the public, as well as other law enforcement agencies, attorneys and other businesses such as insurance companies.
Private individuals requesting public information should have a Public Information Request Form filled out. They are available at the Sheriff's Office or by clicking on the "Records Request Form" located below. This form is then given to the Records Unit for processing, please make sure and provide contact information in case we have any questions. (If you are a company or agency please provide your request on your letterhead.)
Some records that are exempt from release. The following is a general guideline:
EXEMPTIONS:
- Any case that is ongoing
(The District Attorney's office will have to approve the release of any such information) - Sex Crimes
- Medical Information
- Juvenile Cases
(The Juvenile Director has control over these files) - Suicides
Fees associated with Information Requests: (All fees or deposits must be paid prior to accessing the records)

Lieutenant Melissa A Camarillo manages the Administrative Division, which includes the Records Unit. Records is staffed by Civil-Records Clerk Erik Patton.

Please direct any requests for Criminal History and Background Checks to the Oregon State Police, ID Services at 503-378-3070 ext 330 or ext 229 or ext 230.
