Morrow County Public Works is accepting quotes to supply and deliver tack coat for our upcoming paving projects this spring as follows:
1. Prime material to bond virgin aggregate sub-base to a Hot Mix Asphalt wear course. Area of application = 18,773 sq. yds.
2. Tack material to bond existing pavements to a new Hot Mix Asphalt wear course. Area of application = 158,963 sq. yds. Suppliers submitting quotes shall be considered based upon the lowest bid including freight to Lexington, OR. 97839.
