Sealed bids for the Lexington Airport – Taxiway D Reconstruction project, A.I.P. Project No. 3-41-0034-012-2022 will be received by Eric Imes, Morrow County Public Works Director, at the Public Works Office, 365 West Highway 74, Lexington, Oregon 97839, until the bid closing time of 11:00AM, on the 27th day of March 2023, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders shall submit the required first-tier subcontractor disclosure form within two working hours of the bid closing time. Bidders whose bids and/or disclosure statements are received after the stated times will be considered non-responsive and their bids will not be considered.
