Lexington Airport Power and Fiber Extension Project
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. Morrow County has scheduled a pre-Bid conference to be held at the following time and place: August 17, 2023, at 11:00 am Lexington Airport Pilot’s Lounge, Lexington, OR Attendance is not mandatory. The purpose of the conference is to provide additional information regarding this solicitation and to answer any questions prospective Bidders may have. Prospective Bidders are cautioned that statements made at the pre-bid conference are not binding and do not change ITB requirements unless confirmed by written Addendum issued for this ITB. BID/QUOTE DUE DATE AND TIME: Sealed bids for the Lexington Airport – Power and Fiber Extension project will be received by Eric Imes, Morrow County Public Works Director, at the Public Works Office, 365 West Highway 74, Lexington, Oregon 97839, until the bid closing time of 11:00AM, on the 24th day of August 2023, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. All bid submittal requirements are set forth in ITB section B. PURCHASER/SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT: Point of Contact for this ITB is Sandi Pointer, spointer@co.morrow.or.us.
