Materials offered under this bid are to meet or exceed the listed specifications. Quantity is based on current estimated usage and may vary. Morrow County Public Works may select vendor, or a qualified pool of vendors based on potential material. Specifications and bid sheets may be obtained by contacting Morrow County Public works Sandi Pointer spointer@co.morrow.or.us at 365 W. Hwy 74, P.O. Box 428, Lexington, OR. 97839. 541-989-9500.
Bid price must include delivery to Morrow County Road Shop, 375 W Hwy 74, and Lexington, OR 97839.
Bids must be received at the Morrow County Public Works, P.O. Box 428, 365 W Hwy 74, Lexington, Oregon 97839 by 4:00 pm March 7, 2024 in a sealed envelope marked “LUBRICANT – COOLANTS – ADDITIVE BIDS”.
Bids will be opened on March 11 starting at 10:15 am at The Morrow County Public Works office, 365 W. Hwy 74, Lexington, OR Morrow County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to postpone award of bids for thirty (30) days from date of bid opening.
