February 2024 Gasoline fuel
1. Approximately 50,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline (tank size 5,000 gallons) delivered to Morrow County Road Department yard in Lexington, Oregon. This tank will be on a “Keep Full” basis with a minimum delivery of 4,500 gallons.
2. Approximately 1,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline (tank size 200 gallons) delivered to Morrow County OHV Park, Heppner-Spray Highway. This tank will be on an “As Needed” basis.
3. Approximately 1,500 gallons of unleaded gasoline (tank size 500 gallons) delivered to Morrow County OHV Park in southern Morrow County. This tank will be on an “As Needed” basis.
4. Price for card lock fueling in Morrow and Umatilla Counties.
All bids must use the Unleaded Gasoline Fuel Bid Sheet. The contract shall be for a three (3) year period. Morrow County requires verification of supplier’s Rack price with all deliveries. Bids will be opened on March 11, 2024 starting at 10:20 am at the Morrow County Public Works Office, 365 W. Hwy 74, Lexington, OR.
Morrow County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to postpone award of bids for thirty (30) days from date of bid opening. Bids must be received at the Morrow County Public Works, P.O. Box 428, 365 W. Hwy. 74, Lexington, Oregon 97839 by 4:00 pm March 7, 2024, in a sealed envelope marked “GASOLINE BIDS”.
