Highway 74 Lexington, Oregon 97839 General Notice Morrow County, Oregon (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Bombing Range Road Turn Lane - 2023 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Morrow County Public Works located at 365 W. Highway 74, Lexington, Oregon 97839, until Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Work for the Project includes, but is not limited to, earthwork, installation of approximately 1,000 tons of aggregate base rock, 300 tons of asphalt concrete pavement, and permanent signing and striping. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
