Highway 74 Lexington, Oregon 97839 General Notice Morrow County, Oregon (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Bombing Range Road Turn Lane - 2023 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Morrow County Public Works located at 365 W. Highway 74, Lexington, Oregon 97839, until Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Work for the Project includes, but is not limited to, earthwork, installation of approximately 1,000 tons of aggregate base rock, 300 tons of asphalt concrete pavement, and permanent signing and striping. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Bidding Documents are available at http://www.andersonperry.com under the Bid Docs link. The digital Bidding Documents may be downloaded for a non-refundable payment of $30.00 by inputting QuestCDN eBidDoc Number 8446949 on the website. The Bidding Documents will be available for download after April 12, 2023. No paper sets will be provided for bidding purposes. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website.
