(2) Senior Maintenance Specialist

Morrow County now accepting applications for (2) full-time Senior Maintenance Specialist positions. The Senior Maintenance Specialist performs a variety of work with the various pieces of heavy equipment including but not limited to: grader, excavator, loader, backhoe, bulldozer, dump truck, snow plow, sanding truck, water truck, semi-truck, paver, and chip spreader. In addition, this position installs and maintains roadway markers and signs, performs all duties related to traffic control flagging, and routine daily maintenance on equipment.
• Experience: Four years of experience in heavy construction or road construction.
• Experience: One year of experience in the operation of two of the following pieces of equipment: front end loader, excavator, grader, or bulldozer. OR Successful completion of a training course in the operation of heavy equipment and six months experience in the operation of two of the following pieces of equipment: front end loader, excavator, grader, or bulldozer.
• License: Must have, or the ability to obtain within six months, a current Class A Driver’s License with a Tanker endorsement, as well as the ability to acquire other endorsements as required by Morrow County
