Morrow County Public Works is inviting qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of Ambient Mix Asphalt Emulsion (EBS-RA) to various locations throughout Morrow County, Oregon.
Proposals will be evaluated based on least cost and other factors as deemed in the best interest of Morrow County. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities.
Proposal Deadline: April 14, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time)
