Budget Preparation is Under Way
Budget preparation is under way for the upcoming fiscal year: July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. The Budget Committee will hold a joint work session with the Board of Commissioners on February 22, 2017 at 1:30 PM at the Morrow County Bartholomew Building in Heppner. This is a public meeting, and you are invited. Click here for the agenda and more information.
The budget preparation process provides an opportunity for members of the public to provide input on and to learn more about the services provided by Morrow County. The Budget Officer will present the proposed budget to the Budget Committee for their review at a meeting in mid-April. All meetings are open to the public, and the public will be provided an opportunity to make comments on the proposed budget. All meetings of the Budget Committee are posted on the County Calendar.
